Who we are

CREATIVE FUSS, LLC is a digital agency and professional services firm registered in Florida. We work with service-based businesses that need a website, a brand voice, and a lead pipeline that hold up past the first ninety days. Our address is 834 W Ilex Drive, Lake Park, FL 33403.

Most of our clients come to us with the same problem in different shapes. A site built three years ago on a template nobody maintains. A Google Business profile with no posts since 2023. A CRM that collects names but never gets followed up. We take those pieces one at a time, or in sequence, depending on what is actually broken.

Service lines

What we do, in plain terms

Five service lines. Each one can stand alone, and each one also plugs into the others when a client wants a single engagement.

Brand strategy

Brand strategy before pixels

It is tempting to start with a redesign. We usually do not. If your positioning is vague, a new homepage just moves the vagueness into a nicer font. So we start with a short strategy phase: who you serve, what you actually do better than the alternative, and how that shows up in words on a page.

For a Lake Park accounting firm or a Palm Beach County contractor, that conversation often produces two or three sentences the owner has never written down. Those sentences become the spine of everything downstream. A brand strategy project might end with a positioning document and a naming decision.

Web design

Websites built to be maintained

We build on Wix, Squarespace, or a custom stack depending on your team and your budget. Wix and Squarespace are the right call when you need to publish updates without a developer on call. A custom build makes sense when you need something the template platforms cannot do well, like a quoting flow or a client portal.

We use Figma for wireframes and prototypes so you can review the design before a single line of production code exists. Handoff matters more than most agencies admit: if your team cannot log in and change a paragraph, the site will be stale within a year.

Search

SEO that starts with what is already broken

Before we write anything new, we look at what Google already knows about your site. Search Console is usually the first stop: indexing errors, queries you rank for without realizing it, pages that dropped off after a migration.

Content

Content that supports a sales conversation

Content marketing for a service business is not the same as content marketing for a retailer. You are usually writing to a small number of people who are close to a decision. That changes the format: fewer listicles, more pages that answer the exact questions a prospect asks on a first call.

We build a content calendar around those questions and connect it to web analytics so you can see which pages lead to inquiries rather than which pages get traffic.

Automation

Marketing automation without the sprawl

We set up lead capture, follow-up sequences, and pipeline tracking in HubSpot, or in whatever CRM you already pay for. The goal is a system your team will use on a Tuesday afternoon, not a diagram that impresses in a pitch. FreshBooks handles invoicing for our own firm, and we are happy to recommend a similar setup on the client side if billing and time tracking are currently living in a spreadsheet.

Where we start

Discovery is not a sales pitch in disguise. You get a written scope, a timeline, and a list of what we need from you before anything starts — and if we are not the right fit, we say so on the call.

Who this is for

Small and mid-sized service businesses

Our clients are typically professional firms, contractors, clinics, consultancies, and local B2B companies. Some have an in-house marketer who needs extra capacity. Some have nobody and want a partner who can hold the whole thread. Both are workable.

What does not work well is a client who wants a fixed deliverable without any internal decision-maker available during the project, because the strategy phase needs someone who can say yes.

We do not sell hours by default. Where a project has a clear scope, we price it as a project, and you get a written deliverable list before anything starts.

What we do not do

Clear about our edges

  • We do not guarantee search rankings, and we do not promise a fixed number of leads. Search and paid channels change, and any agency that quotes you a specific result before seeing your data is guessing.
  • We do not run paid media at scale as a primary service. If you need a dedicated media buyer, we will point you toward one.
  • We do not start work before a written scope exists, because unclear scope is the most common reason a project stalls.

How an engagement usually starts

From first call to first deliverable

Discovery call and written scope

We begin with a short discovery call and a written scope. You get a project outline, a timeline, and a list of what we need from you before we start.

For a web design project that list usually includes brand assets, login access, and one person empowered to approve copy. For an SEO engagement it is access to Search Console and analytics.

Build and handoff

Work runs in reviewable stages: strategy and positioning first, then wireframes and prototypes, then production, then handoff with a walkthrough of how your team edits what we built.

Reporting milestone

SEO and content engagements run monthly with a reporting milestone written into the agreement, so you can stop, extend, or change direction without renegotiating the whole relationship.

Working sessions

Most reviews happen on a call, but clients who prefer written threads get a shared workspace instead. Either way, decisions land in one document you can return to later.

Tools we work in

A deliberately boring stack

We pick these tools because they are widely supported, they have real documentation, and your next hire has probably already used them.

  • Wix and Squarespace Template builds your team can edit without a developer on call. The right call when publishing updates matters more than custom logic.
  • Figma Wireframes and prototypes you review before production code exists. Design decisions stay visible instead of getting buried in a build.
  • Semrush and Search Console Keyword and competitor research, indexing errors, performance checks. Competitive data tells you what is searched; an editor decides what is worth saying.
  • HubSpot Lead capture, follow-up sequences, and pipeline tracking. Set up around your existing CRM when one is already in place.
  • FreshBooks Invoicing and time tracking on our side of the engagement. Clients who want the same setup get a walkthrough, not a spreadsheet.
  • Slack Day-to-day coordination when a client prefers it to email. Threads stay searchable, so decisions do not vanish into an inbox.

Inside an engagement

Three moments that decide the project

Hands smoothing a wet paper sheet onto a wall with a paste brush
Strategy phase: we write down what you actually do better than the alternative, and it becomes the spine of the site copy.

Build phase: wireframes first, production second, so you approve the structure before a single page goes live.

Handoff: your team logs in and changes a paragraph without calling us, so the site does not go stale.

Common questions

Before you reach out

Four things clients usually ask on the first call. More answers live on the FAQ page.

Read the full FAQ
Do you work with clients outside Florida?

Yes. Our firm is registered in Florida and our mailing address is in Lake Park, but most of our client work happens remotely. We have worked with service businesses across the U.S. and coordinate over email, video calls, and Slack.

Can you take over a website someone else built?

Often, yes. We will review the current platform and decide whether to keep, rebuild, or migrate. If the site is on Wix or Squarespace and just needs structural work, we can usually stay on the platform.

Do you require a long contract?

Projects are scoped individually. Some engagements are fixed-scope and end at launch or at a reporting milestone. Ongoing SEO and content work is usually monthly, with a notice period written into the agreement.

What if I only need one service?

That is common. Brand strategy, web design, SEO, content, and automation are all available as standalone engagements. We will tell you if a single service will not solve the underlying problem.

Next step

Tell us what is actually broken

If you have a project in mind, the fastest path is the contact page. If you want to understand how we work before you reach out, the process page walks through onboarding to launch. And if you are comparing agencies, the services page lists what each engagement actually includes, so you can compare deliverables rather than taglines.
