Digital agency services for service-based businesses

Five service lines, one firm. This page explains what each one includes so you can judge fit before you inquire.

What you get

A written scope, a defined handoff, and tools your next hire can learn.

Orientation

Which service do you need first?

If your positioning is unclear, start with brand strategy. If your site is outdated or hard to update, start with web design.

If your site is fine but nobody finds it, start with SEO. If people find you but don't inquire, the problem is usually content or the lead follow-up process.

We'll tell you honestly which one we think it is on the discovery call, even when that means a smaller project than you expected.

The five service lines

Service line

Brand strategy

Deliverables: positioning statement, messaging hierarchy, short tone guide.

Brand strategy is where we start when a business can't explain what it does in two sentences. The work is a short, focused engagement: interviews with the people who talk to customers, a review of how competitors position themselves, and a written positioning document you can hand to a writer, a designer, or a new hire. If you already have a clear position and just need execution, skip this and go straight to web design.

Service line

Web design and development

Builds on Wix, Squarespace, or a custom stack. Design and prototyping in Figma.

We design and build responsive websites depending on your internal capacity and what the site needs to do. Design work happens in Figma, with wireframes and clickable prototypes before production. Every build includes responsive design across mobile and desktop, a documented editing workflow for your team, and a launch checklist that covers redirects, forms, and analytics. If your team can't update a page after handoff, we've failed the project, so we build that into the scope from day one.

Service line

SEO

Research in Semrush and Google Search Console. Prioritized audit output.

An SEO engagement starts with an audit: indexing status, current rankings, technical problems, and content gaps. What we don't do is hand you a keyword list and call it a strategy. The output is a prioritized plan that separates technical fixes from content work, with a realistic timeline. For most small service businesses, the technical fixes come first because they're cheaper and they clear the way for content to actually rank.

Service line

Content marketing

A calendar built around the questions prospects ask on sales calls.

Content for a service business should answer the questions prospects ask on sales calls. We build a content calendar around those questions, write the pages and posts, and connect everything to analytics so you can see which content leads to inquiries. The cadence depends on your market and your capacity: some clients publish monthly, some quarterly. We'd rather publish four strong pages a year than twenty thin ones, and we'll say so if the volume you're asking for doesn't serve the goal.

Service line

Marketing automation and lead generation

Lead capture, follow-up sequences and pipeline tracking in HubSpot or your CRM.

Lead generation is where most service businesses lose the money they already spent on marketing. We set up lead capture, follow-up sequences, and pipeline tracking, then connect it to the website forms and content so nothing gets dropped. This service often runs alongside content or SEO work, because the value of a lead depends on what happens in the forty-eight hours after it arrives. We also help with reporting so you can see cost per lead and conversion rate rather than raw traffic.

How we scope an engagement

Every engagement starts with a written scope: deliverables, timeline, what we need from you, and what happens at the end.

Fixed-scope projects get a fixed price. Ongoing work is billed monthly with a defined set of activities. We don't pad scopes with hours you don't need, and we don't leave the handoff undefined.

If a project depends on input from your team, that dependency is written into the timeline so nobody is surprised when a two-week review turns into four.

Inside a typical engagement

Three stages, pasted in order

Discovery

We talk to the people who actually answer your phones and sit on your sales calls, then look at what your competitors say about themselves. Nothing is scoped until this stage is done, because the answer changes what the rest of the project should be.

Build

Design and production run against the written scope, with the review points named up front. You see wireframes and prototypes before anything gets built, and your team learns the editing workflow while the site is still in our hands, not after handoff.

Handoff

You get the launch checklist, the analytics access, and a short walkthrough recorded for whoever joins your team later. Ongoing work continues on a monthly set of activities; if you'd rather take it in-house, we'll tell you what to keep an eye on and how to check it.

Tools and platforms

What we build on, and why

We choose tools your next hire can learn in a week, not a proprietary stack only we can maintain. Here is where each one sits in an engagement.

  • Wix and Squarespace Brochure sites and appointment-based businesses where the team wants to edit pages themselves.
  • Custom builds Quoting flows, client portals, and integrations the template platforms handle poorly.
  • Figma Design and prototyping environment for every web project, including wireframes before production.
  • Semrush and Google Search Console Keyword and competitor research, plus indexing and query data behind an SEO audit.
  • HubSpot CRM, forms and automation for most clients; connects to the site forms and content calendar.
  • Slack and FreshBooks Day-to-day coordination on our side, plus invoicing and time tracking so the scope stays visible.

Example project types

Three shapes most service engagements take

A person at a plain desk reviewing a row of blank printed pages in a small office at mid-morning
A brochure site and a repositioning document for a firm whose old site no longer matched how they sold.
A person's hand adjusting a large blank sheet pinned to an office wall in flat daylight
A site rebuild plus an SEO audit for a practice that ranked for its own name and little else.
A desk at the end of a working day with a closed laptop, a blank paper folder, a phone face-down and a warm-orange mug
Content and lead follow-up for a business that was already getting inquiries and losing them in the inbox.

Before you inquire

Questions we get on the first call

Short answers here, longer ones on the call. If something you need isn't covered, the contact page reaches the team directly.

Can you take one service on its own?

Yes. Plenty of clients come in for an SEO audit or a single site rebuild with no interest in a wider program, and that's a normal way to start. We only bundle services when the scope genuinely depends on another piece being done first, like lead follow-up that needs working site forms.

Do you work with businesses outside Florida?

CREATIVE FUSS, LLC is registered in Florida and most of our work happens remotely, so location is rarely the deciding factor. We coordinate over Slack and scheduled calls, and everything in the engagement is written down, which matters more than time zones.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to whoever talks to your customers, whatever analytics or Search Console data you already have, and one person on your side who can approve work. For web projects, brand assets and any account logins the build touches. If you don't have analytics set up, that becomes part of the first stage rather than a blocker.

How do you price the work?

Fixed-scope projects are quoted as a fixed price after discovery. Ongoing work is a monthly fee against a defined set of activities. We won't send a number before we understand the scope, and we won't quote hours we can't explain. Invoicing and time tracking run through FreshBooks so you can see where the month went.

Next step

Tell us which service fits your goal

Write a few lines about what's working and what isn't. If it's obvious which service line you need, we'll say so. If it isn't, the discovery call is where we work that out — and we'll tell you when the honest answer is a smaller project than you came in with.
